The Web Site offers an on-line purchase service, which means a 24-hour service, simple, direct and with all the advantages of having a wide catalogue of products updated and available from anywhere through an Internet connection.

 

1. General

All prices are in Euros and in accordance with current legislation, all purchases made through the Website will be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT), and this amount is included in the price. The User will be able to see a breakdown of the amount of the product and VAT in the shopping cart before confirming the order.

Orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are exempt from VAT in accordance with the provisions of article 146 of Directive 2006/112, without prejudice to the application of the corresponding taxes and duties in accordance with the regulations in force in each of them.

The Owner reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of purchase or in the absence of obvious typographical error.

The Owner reserves the right to refuse an order from any User with whom it has a dispute or there have been problems in the payment of previous purchases.

 

2. Obligations of Users

All Users who make a purchase through this Website declare that they are of legal age and, where appropriate, with full capacity to use means of payment and that they have sufficient funds to cover all costs resulting from the purchase of products, the User also declares that they fully and unreservedly accept all the conditions of this Legal Notice.

Before placing any order, the User must first register on the Website. The User may place one or more purchase orders for products or services offered through the Website.

By placing an order, the User accepts the specifications and characteristics of the product offered, to this effect the Owner indicates that the products shown in the photographs on this Website may suffer slight differences with respect to the final product in terms of sizes, colour, components, etc. due to the availability of the manufacturers. The purpose of the photographs will be the orientation for the User or suggestions for presentation, without in any case contractual images. The Proprietor assures in any case that these differences will not imply a worse quality of the products.

 

3. Conditions of shipment

There is no minimum order requirement.

The shipping costs are specified when placing the order and will depend on the shipping area and the weight of the package.

Deliveries are made by different courier companies:

For Regional and National shipments, they are made with the company General Logistics Systems Spain, S.A. (GLS).

For deliveries to the Balearic Islands, we use Deutsche Post AG (DHL).

For shipments to the Canary Islands, the package is delivered to Correos.

International shipments (Portugal, Italy, France and Germany) are handled by General Logistics Systems Spain, S.A. (GLS).

For shipments of bulky goods, it is carried out through the company Redur S.A.

For orders over 500 Euros, the costs will be free of charge.

Any additional transport costs resulting from the declaration of an incorrect or incomplete address are the sole responsibility of the User.

The most economical option for orders will always be to pick up at the warehouse; if the User wishes to have the products sent to their home address, this option will be freely chosen and will therefore involve an additional cost in the purchase of the products.

 

4. Payment methods and security

For the User's convenience, we provide different ways to make the payment:

1) Credit card.

- This payment method is immediate, totally secure and verified by Redsýs secure servers on the payment gateway. Under no circumstances will your credit card details be disclosed.

- Accepted cards are: Visa, Maestro and Master Card.

- Only secured credit cards will be accepted to avoid any possible risk or fraud. Secured cards have security codes associated with them and, when the payment is completed, it is transferred to the bank's payment gateway, where these codes must be entered. If you do not have a secured card for online payments, the bank must provide the necessary information and passwords.

2) Cash on delivery

- With this method of payment, the amount of the order is paid directly to the carrier at the time of delivery at the place of destination.

5. Guarantees

The warranty of the products will be that of the manufacturers, according to the legislation in force for each product, indicated in the particular cases in the product description. If the User has any queries about warranties or needs to make a complaint about any product purchased on this Website, he/she may contact the Owner for processing.

 

6. Right of withdrawal

In compliance with Law 3/2014, of 27 March, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, information is provided on the User's right of withdrawal.

6.1 Where the User is a consumer and the contract is concluded without the simultaneous physical presence of the User and the Holder (distance selling), the User shall enjoy the right of withdrawal described in this section, subject to the exceptions provided for in Article 103.

6.2 Consumer and user information on the right of withdrawal.

  • a) The User has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
  • b) The withdrawal period shall expire after 14 calendar days from the day of conclusion of the contract.
  • c) To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must notify us of his decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, although its use is not mandatory.
  • d) In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication concerning your exercise of this right is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
  • e) In the event of withdrawal by the User, the Proprietor shall refund all payments received without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of the decision to withdraw from this contract. Shipping costs will not be included if there is another cheaper option offered, as in the case of personal collection of the order by the User, and the User freely decides to choose the more expensive option, such as shipping.
  • f) The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment used by the User.

6.4 According to Law 3/2014, of 27 March, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, in its art. 103, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts relating to (among others):

  • (d) the supply of goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  • (e) the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.

In relation to this section with the User's order, the User gives his prior express consent with the knowledge that he consequently loses his right of withdrawal.

 

7. Returns

An order will be considered delivered when the delivery receipt is signed by the User. The User will have a period of 14 calendar days to make any return.

In order to be able to return the product, it must be in its original packaging and keep its labels, as well as be in the same condition as when it was sent.

The shipping costs of returns shall be borne by the User unless there has been any error in the shipment by the Holder.

In order to make a return, the User must first contact us by calling the User service number: 956 18 28 28 65 and we will send him/her the instructions and steps to follow.

 

8. Availability

The Holder undertakes not to make available to Users an item that is not in stock except in the case of a computer error or any other imponderable situation. In the event of such an unfortunate incident, the Owner undertakes to inform the User and reach a satisfactory agreement with him/her.

10. Dispute resolution platform

Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013 sets out the objective of achieving a high level of consumer protection and the proper functioning of the internal market, in particular its digital dimension, by providing a European online dispute resolution platform to facilitate the out-of-court resolution of disputes between consumers and traders online in an independent, impartial, transparent, effective and fair manner.
